Meet Rachel Simpson
I’m Rachel Simpson, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
I’ve completed advanced trainings in trauma-informed therapy, neurodivergent care, and relational therapy through The Gottman Institute. My work is guided by evidence-based approaches and a deep respect for each client’s unique story.
I see therapy as a place where you can be truly seen and understood—a space to heal old wounds, rediscover your inner strength, and create relationships that feel safe and genuine. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in empathy and respect.
