Meet Rachel
I started Invisible Strings because I believe that therapy shouldn't feel clinical or cold. As a trauma-specialized counsellor, my goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely seen. With a background in somatic practices and relational therapy, I help you untangle the complex webs of your experience to find the clarity beneath.
