Trauma-Informed Therapy
If you feel stuck in old patterns or disconnected from yourself or others, you’re not alone. I create space for healing, growth, and meaningful change—helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded and confident in everyday life.
Grief & Trauma
Loss doesn't always announce itself clearly. Sometimes it's the death of a person. Sometimes it's the end of a relationship, a version of yourself you had to leave behind, or an experience that changed everything.
Rachel creates a gentle, grounded space to process grief at your own pace — without pressure to "move on" before you're ready. For trauma, she draws on trauma-informed and somatic approaches to help your nervous system find safety again.
You might be dealing with:
Loss of a loved one
Grief after a relationship ending
Childhood or developmental trauma
Single-incident trauma (accidents, assault, loss)
Complex or chronic trauma
Disenfranchised grief (losses that feel unrecognised)
Anxiety, Self-Esteem & Depression
High-functioning anxiety can look like success from the outside. You show up, you deliver — but underneath, the worry never stops. Depression can make everything feel further away than it should. Low self-esteem quietly shapes every decision you make.
These aren't character flaws. They're patterns that formed for a reason — and patterns can change.
Rachel uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused approaches to help you understand what's driving these experiences and build tools that actually work in your real life.
You might be dealing with:
Persistent worry or anxiety
Panic attacks or physical symptoms of anxiety
High-functioning depression
Chronic low mood or emptiness
Self-criticism and negative self-talk
Imposter syndrome
Burnout
Relationship Challenges
The way we connect with others is shaped by every connection we've ever had. Sometimes those patterns serve us beautifully. Sometimes they keep us stuck.
Rachel is trained through The Gottman Institute and brings a relational lens to all her work — helping individuals understand their attachment patterns, communication styles, and the cycles that repeat in their closest relationships.
You might be dealing with:
Communication breakdowns
Trust and intimacy concerns
Attachment anxiety or avoidance
People-pleasing and boundary difficulties
Recovering from a betrayal or difficult breakup
Navigating neurodivergence in relationships
